Through her years as Director of Sales at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Canderle has a proven record of success. In Canderle’s most recent role as Director of Sales and Marketing at Le Méridien Hotels and Resorts she streamlined financial operations and focused on increasing revenue while maintaining a flawless hotel experience for guests. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus in Hotel and Motel Administration Management from University of Guelph.
